Why haven't I received any emails from Habyts?

When you first register with Habyts, we will have sent you an email confirming you've created your account and helping you to install Habyts onto your kids devices. If you haven't received this email it may mean 1 of 2 things:

  1. You've not fully created your Habyts account. It's essential to complete all fields during registration to ensure your account operates at it's full potential. Simply login to your Parent Dashboard on your web browser and you will be prompted to complete your details.
  2. The email we have sent you has been blocked by your personal mailbox.

Please make sure you add @habyts.com to your 'safe' email list. You may find @habyts.com emails in your 'Junk' folder or if you have Gmail - in your 'Promotions' folder.

Once you transfer a Habyts email from your Junk or Promotions email folder into your inbox, it will automatically send any Habyts emails to your main inbox from that moment onwards.
