My child can't login

Your child is only able to login to Habyts through a Habyts controlled device. This means they need to have the Habyts app downloaded onto the device they are using.

Your child will not be able to login via a web browser - their profile will simply not be visible. This is because the Habyts web page cannot control a device - only the app!

You can change your child's password at any time through your Parent Dashboard under 'My Family Profiles'.
