When you first register with Habyts, you’ll receive an email confirming the setup of your account. If you haven't received this email it may mean:
- You failed to complete the registration process. That’s an easy one to fix -- just log in to the Parent Dashboard and you’ll be prompted for the missing details.
- The email was blocked by your mail client. Add @habyts.com to your 'safe' email list, and check the 'Trash' or ‘Spam’ folders in your mail service.
